I’ve had a pretty relaxing Fourth of July weekend. I jumped Toppers yesterday and took some photos. I’m going to try to get some of Rocky today.

This weekend is the one that I dread the most because of the fireworks and the horses. Last night, there was a bit of noise, so I brought everyone in about 9:30. It quieted down by the time I went to bed at 11 , and I could have put them out, but I decided to be safe. I might put them out for a few hours this morning, then we’ll wait until later tonight to put them back out. I’ll be giving them all some ACE to take the edge off.

I’m getting prepared for the MD horse trials next Sunday. It’s going to benasty hot again this week, and I need to do a jump school, and maybe a short cross country school. I’ll definitely be going earl
