I started out taking a 35mm film point-and-shoot camera to concerts when I was 16. Eventually, I got a Kodak digital camera, and for high school graduation, I got a Nikon D70. I started getting photo passes through band’s publicists and shooting for Avoid the Scene in 2005. In 2008, I got a Nikon D300, which is what I currently use. For concerts, I like my 50mm f/1.4 or f/1.8.
